What are the processing and delivery times??
US orders are processed and shipped in 5-7 business days. International orders are processed and shipped in 5-10 business days, although this may vary for different countries. International shipping prices may be subject to change due to changing shipping laws and standards. Shipping times may vary due to COVID-19, holidays, and weather. We appreciate your understanding and assure you our team is working hard to deliver your products in perfect condition.
What if my order comes damaged or broken?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at roseltacosmetics@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Make sure to include a description of the damage, your order number, and pictures for verification. If the damage is confirmed, we will provide a refund or replacement, depending on the buyer's preference. However, if the products are not damaged, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. Please note that a damaged product refers to cracks or malfunctions with the tube or wand, but not air bubbles or slight color differences that may naturally occur in handmade products.
Are all your products handmade?
As of now, yes, all of our lip products at Roselta Cosmetics are made by hand and we take pride in the fact that we fill our own tubes! This hands-on approach ensures that each product receives the attention to detail it deserves. However, we are constantly exploring new possibilities and innovations in order to meet the evolving needs and preferences of our customers. Therefore, it is possible that in the future we may introduce products that are not entirely handmade. Rest assured, though, that regardless of the production methods employed, we will always prioritize the quality and effectiveness of our products.
What are your handmade lip glosses made of?
At Roselta Cosmetics, we prioritize the use of healthy ingredients in our lip products. In order to ensure the quality of our products, we employ various methods to give them their desirable pigmentation and flavor.
For the base of our lip products, we utilize a combination of Polybutene, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene (a moisturizer), and Fractionated Coconut Oil. These ingredients work together to provide a nourishing and hydrating effect on the lips.
To achieve the desired color, our lip products contain FDA-approved and vegan ingredients such as Mica (77019), Titanium Dioxide (77891), and Iron Oxide (77491). These pigments are carefully measured to ensure that they are used in healthy amounts.
When it comes to flavoring, we offer two options: PG-based or oil-based flavorings. The PG-based flavorings contain Propylene Glycol (commonly known as PG), an organic compound. PG is a clear, viscous, and odorless liquid used as the non-flavor ingredient in our lip products. It imparts a distinct taste and fragrance to enhance the user experience. Alternatively, we also offer oil-based flavorings which consist of Soybean Oil as the non-flavor ingredient. Soybean Oil is widely used in the cosmetic industry and is a common choice for enhancing the taste and smell of both cosmetic products and confectioneries.
Our lip tints are crafted with a unique formula distinct from our lip glosses and oils, yet still prioritize healthy and non-toxic ingredients. They include deionized water, cosmetic-grade food coloring, flavoring oil, sodium benzoate, aloe vera gel, glycerin, and a small amount of phenoxyethanol as a preservative.

Do the lip products have an expiration date?
Like most makeup products, our lip products have a specific expiration period. All our lip products are best used within 6 months to a year from the date of opening.
